Training takes place in a training room in our office. The process starts with a brain assessment, then continues with brain training sessions. Complete an assessment: Complete two client surveys and set goals by which you can measure your success. Work with a certified trainer to measure your brain activity. This is done by placing electrodes on your scalp and asking you to create various brain states, such as resting or doing a task like reading or adding numbers. This is a painless, non-invasive process. Review the assessment with a certified trainer, who will develop an individualized brain training program for you. The plan is based on where imbalances are found.
Experience brain training sessions: Most clients are encouraged to complete 10 sessions within two weeks. Each session lasts about 2 hours and incorporates 5-7 different brain training exercises. Your eyes will be open or closed depending upon the exercise. During sessions, you will sit in a reclining chair, listen to your brainwaves translated into sound waves and practice visualization and relaxation techniques.
