 Paulette Hastings opened Neuro Strength, LLC in Bloomington, Minnesota, in October 2007.
Paulette was attracted to the process of Brain State Conditioning™ because of a great respect for its developer Lee Gerdes as well as a positive personal experience with the technology. For Paulette, brain training has brought increased energy level and creativity throughout the day, an escape from caffeine addiction, a greater sense of calm and a reduction in a terrifying fear of heights. Paulette successfully completed the Brain State Technologies™ Basic Training Course in September 2007, and completed Masters Training and Certification Levels I and II in August 2008 and 2009, respectively. She received a BA from the University of Minnesota in Physiology and Social Work and worked in corporate wellness and benefits programs prior to raising a family. She has worked as a personal home health aid for the elderly, serves as a community volunteer, is a member of the Edina Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback (AAPB). It is a pleasure and honor to work with clients as they journey through the process of Brain Optimization with RTB™ (Real Time Balancing) and experience improvements in their lives.

 Lee Gerdes is the founder and CEO of Brain State Technologies™, from whom Neuro Strength, LLC licenses its technology.
Lee was educated at Doane College, Crete, NE, Columbia University, NY, Wartburg Seminary, Dubuque, IA, and JFK University, Orinda, CA. He achieved a BA with Math and Physics majors and advanced studies in Math and Physics; a Masters Degree in Divinity with advanced studies in Psychology.
Lee has a background that includes Systems Analyst, Pastoral Counselor, Management Consultant, and in computer software his most recent position was as Vice President of Solutions for NetPerceptions. Lee was featured on ABC News Nightline for his work at NetPerceptions and their creation of computer software to help individuals find specific items which they would most probably like when there were a large number of items from which to choose.
The eclectic mix of Lee's education and his personal need to experience more happiness and less stress while being highly functional, led Lee in 2003, to begin research of the options to cause an individual brain state to be conditioned for health and happiness. In 2004, Lee started KudoZone, a brain state conditioning business, which now furnishes Brain State Conditioning™ capability to thousands of people. In 2005 KudoZone became Brain State Technologies™, with affiliate offices throughout the world. |
